Alexandria Jones
President / Therapist / Horse Handler
Alexandria is the Founder and President of Lighthouse Ranch Equine Therapy Center, combining her expertise in mental health counseling with certified equine-assisted therapy. She lead a healthcare-driven mission to support emotional healing, trauma recovery, and behavioral wellness for children, adults, veterans, and first responders. Through horse-led, ranch-based sessions, creating a therapeutic space that promotes trust, connection, and overall well-being.

Jordan Rowley
Vice President / Licensed Athletic Training
Jordan serves as Vice President at Lighthouse Ranch Equine Therapy Center. Bringing expertise in program development and organizational operations, Jordan oversees day-to-day management of client services, staff training, and community partnerships. Passionate about equine-assisted healthcare, he collaborate closely with Alexandria to enhance programming for children, adults, veterans, and first responders—ensuring every session promotes healing, resilience, and well-being.

Brittany Kelly
Volunteer / Horse Handler
Brittany serves as Volunteer Lead and Horse Handler at Lighthouse Ranch Equine Therapy Center. She plays a key role in preparing and guiding our horses during sessions, ensuring their well-being and safety. With her calm presence and deep connection to the animals, Brittany supports meaningful interactions between participants—making every session safe, supportive, and impactful.

Sharon Jones
Volunteer: Horse Handler
Sharon is our part-time Horse Handler and Side Walker at Lighthouse Ranch Equine Therapy Center. With many years of experience in the horse world, she brings steady expertise and a gentle presence, supporting both horse welfare and client safety during sessions.

Marlena Bradley
Volunteer: Side Walker
Horse Handlers at LRETC assist in ensuring the safety and care of both horses and participants during equine-facilitated sessions.

Julian Vital
Junior Volunteer / Side Walker
Julian serves as a Junior Volunteer at Lighthouse Ranch Equine Therapy Center. At just 10 years old, he is already demonstrating patience, curiosity, and a natural comfort around horses. As a “side walker” (lead-line walker), Julian assists under adult supervision by walking alongside horses during sessions to help provide safety and reassurance for participants. His role focuses on supporting the equine team, learning horsemanship basics, and building responsibility through hands-on experience. Julian brings energy, kindness, and a willingness to learn, making him an important part of the volunteer community at LRETC.

Jadah Rowley
Volunteer: Events
Jadah is a part-time Side Walker and Administrative Assistant at Lighthouse Ranch Equine Therapy Center. She supports clients during sessions, offering stable guidance alongside the horses, and handles essential office tasks—helping to keep our programs running smoothly and efficiently.
